Shipping

We aim to have orders shipped within 1-3 business days, you’ll receive tracking information once your item ships! If you have any questions or concerns with your order, or you would like your order held, please contact us by clicking HERE!

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — if you’d like to check availability for other countries, please contact us directly.

What materials do you use?
All pieces are handmade one‑at‑a‑time using high‑quality materials such as clay, acrylic paint, and archival-safe varnishes. Each material is chosen for durability and artistic quality.

Are your pieces truly handmade?
Yes — every sculpture and painting is crafted by hand in my studio. Because they’re handmade, slight variations and unique details are part of what makes each piece special. Each piece develops in its own way, guided by the materials themselves.

Please note: Colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen, as monitors and devices can display colors differently.

How should I care for my art piece?

• Sculptures: dust gently with a soft brush or cloth.

• Paintings: avoid direct sunlight for long periods and wipe gently with a dry cloth.

Do you offer custom or commissioned work?
At this time, I do not accept custom orders. Each piece is unique and I prefer to let the materials guide the process, which means I cannot replicate an item exactly.

Return Policy:

Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 30 days of the shipment date. If items are not in the condition that they were sent out in and the 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

If your item only arrives after 30 days and you are wishing to request a refund, or wishing to receive more information on refunds, please contact us by clicking HERE!

Please note: any refunds submitted directly through PayPal may have a fee associated with it. This is PayPal's policy, and we have no control over it. We are not responsible for PayPal charging fees for money received.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the buyer. Because each piece is handmade and often fragile, it’s important that returns are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your return can be monitored.
